Welcome to
the Firelands Properties Group. We currently have two Nautilus / Blake Sea
marinas.
Both
sims feature scenic views and a community feel. Our rental prices are very
reasonable and we are more than willing to adjust cost and prim usage based on
your needs. Most
waterfront cottages include private moorings. At our Alvensleben and Foresta
locations most cottages and town homes even include a garage.
Role play
opportunities are available as well. All of our locations have active fire,
rescue, and security RP personnel.

The
Alvensleben Resort & Marina and the Foresta Harbor Community are both
located right on the Bingo Straight in Nautilus. With direct and easy access to
the Blake Sea these are prime locations for sailing and other water activities.
The RTA Radio Planet and web radio station operates from Alvensleben well as
the Alien Disco Lounge & Party Yacht. Owned and managed by one of our
renters, The Alien Disco Lounge is a happening place. Hosted by Radio Station
Owner Titti Anatine the place is hopping at least two nights a week. Titti also
hosts a Blake Sea Disco Cruise on the Alien Party Yacht several times
